Use & Care - This product is made from aluminium and is intended for food preparation. Avoid prolonged storage of highly acidic or highly salty foods in the product. Normal cooking with these foods is fine, but food should be removed from the product after cooking. Handwash only

Note - As the product is made of aluminium, it is susceptible to oxidation. This may occur when cooking with highly acidic ingredients or, for example, if salt is added to water in a pot before it reaches boiling point. To minimize the risk of oxidation, always add salt after the water has started to boil, and avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods

Reused packaging
Since opening in 2010, we have reused the boxes and packaging materials we receive from our suppliers. More than 95% of the packaging we send out is repurposed, so your order may arrive in a box that has been used before.

We hope you’ll give it another life too—whether as a space rocket, a castle or simply by recycling it.

Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know that you wish to return it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Please contact us before returning an order. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
