
STORE PICKUP
Items purchased through our online store can be picked up in one of our store locations in Copenhagen, usually within 24 hours of purchase. We will send you an email confirming your items are ready for pickup. Orders can be collected during our regular business hours.
'Made To Order' and 'Heavy & Oversized Goods' can also be picked up from our store locations. Items must be retrieved within 7 business days of their arrival to the DANSK shop. After 7 business days, the items will be sent to our remote warehouse. This costs a one-time fee of DKK 350,- + 3% of the price of the items per month as storage fee.
SHIPPING
At DANSK we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed we will notify you to let you know when your order has shipped and provide the tracking number.
Damaged goods during transport. It is important that you always check your package upon receipt. Refuse receipt if the item is clearly damaged during transport. If you have received the package and one or more of your goods are damaged during transport, you have a duty to inform us within 48 hours. If receipt is not refused, or information about transport damage isn’t submitted within 48 hours, you are liable for the item YOURSELF. Please inform us and and send photo documentation of the damage by email to hello@danskmadeforrooms.dk
If you are not home at the agreed time and we have to schedule a new delivery, a delivery fee will be charged for the extra delivery.
DENMARK ORDERS
- Free Postbox Shipping of orders over DKK 1.000,- (1-3 business days)
- Home Delivery from DKK 65,-
- Office Delivery from DKK 39,-

*'Heavy & Oversized Goods' does not qualify for free shipping.

LOCAL DELIVERY
- From DKK 350,-
Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.
For especially 'Made To Order' items and for 'Heavy & Oversized Goods' we offer local delivery to the curb side, which means the item is delivered as close to your home on a paved surface as possible.
We will contact you and confirm the delivery date and time with you, up to a week before delivery takes place.
If you are not home at the agreed time and we have to schedule new delivery, a delivery fee will be charged for the extra delivery.
EU ORDERS
- From DKK 60,-
- 3-5 business days

If you are not home to receive your package or if you do not collect your package at the pickup point and the package is send back to us, a return fee will be added. And if we have to schedule new delivery, a delivery fee will be charged for the extra delivery.
INTERNATIONAL NON-EU COUNTRIES

- 5-10 business days ex. custom handling
Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.
Delays may occur when shipping outside the EU due to customs expeditions.

RETURNS
It is our hope that you're completely happy and satisfied with your order, but in case that you are not, we will gladly accept returns with a full refund within 14 days of the items being delivered to you, or are ready for pickup. This means, that if the buyer does not pick up the item within 14 days after the order is announced as ready for collection in either a parcel shop/box or in our physical store 'DANSKmadeforrooms', the right to a refund is already exceeded. Items ineligible for return include 'Made To Order' items and 'Archive/Reduced Price' items.
Original packaging and in new condition: Items returned to us must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. DANSK reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this criteria.
If your order is deemed unfit for return because it is not in its original selling condition, we will notify you to let you know that no refund will be issued. The customer can then choose from the following options:
- The customer will pick up the product in store.
- The product will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
- The product will be recycled or donated.
We do not offer free returns, but we will gladly help to provide you with a return label. The return shipping fee will be retracted from the final refund.
Returns will not be picked up at a parcel box/parcel shop, and will therefore be returned to the sender after 10-14 days. DANSK doesn´t accept returns shipped with DAO.
Once your return is received at the store we will review its content to ensure that it meet our return policy requirements outlined above. Once approved we will issue a refund and notify you via a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 2-6 business days for refunds to appear on your credit statement.
MADE TO ORDER
'Made To Order' items cannot be cancelled, modified nor refunded.
STORE RETURNS
Items purchased online can be returned in our Copenhagen store DANSKmadeforrooms within 14 days of the items being shipped to you or are ready for pickup. Items must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, and a proof of purchase is required - physical or digital receipts are accepted.
DEFECT ITEMS
In the event of a defect item, the item must be sent back to DANSK to be repaired or exchanged for a new item. We will arrange the transport by sending a label and / or a freight forwarder. We do not require you to send the item in the original packaging, but it is your own responsibility that the item is packed properly, so that the item can handle the transport without getting further damage.
MISSING ITEMS
If something is missing from the delivery/parcel DANSK must be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
