ORDERING

Prices on www.danskshop.com are daily prices, and buyers will be invoiced the price applicable on the day of the order. All prices on www.danskshop.com include VAT. When buyers make a purchase on www.danskshop.com, it is conducted in English or Danish

PAYMENT

Payment on www.danskshop.com can be made via Epay or Shopify Payments. Payment is deducted from the buyer's payment card when the order is shipped. All prices on www.danskshop.com are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless the item is shipped to a non-EU country.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

Delivery of goods from www.danskshop.com is considered completed once the buyer has received the item. All shipments are sent with GLS or PostNord unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and www.danskshop.com. Delivery will usually take place within 3-5 working days. The indicated delivery time is advisory and may vary. All items are sent as parcels, allowing for tracking in case of issues. The items are insured during shipment, and upon receipt, please check the package content. If the package or content is damaged upon receipt, please report it to GLS or PostNord immediately or within 2 days of receipt. www.danskshop.com is not responsible for items damaged during transportation.

SHIPPING Free shipping in Denmark for most purchases over 1,000 DKK on www.danskshop.com (does not apply to international purchases). Free shipping is sent to a parcel box/pick-up point near the delivery address. If delivery to the delivery address is desired, "Home Delivery" can be selected at an additional cost. Free shipping in Denmark does not apply to sale items, the use of discount codes, and larger items that can only be ordered for pick-up at DANSKmadeforrooms, Istedgade 80, 1650 Copenhagen V. If delivery of larger items is desired, this can be arranged by contacting DANSKmadeforrooms at hello@danskshop.com, which will then provide a quote for shipping costs, payable by the buyer before the order is shipped. For purchases under 1,000 DKK, shipping costs for shipment depend on weight and size and are added to the purchase price including VAT. Please note: If the buyer has purchased items for over 1,000 DKK but decides to return some of the items, and the amount falls below 1,000 DKK, the shipping cost is deducted from the refunded amount to the buyer. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When trading on www.danskshop.com, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal runs from the day the buyer receives the ordered item or from the day the item is ready for pick-up in a parcel box/shop or in DANSKmadeforrooms' physical store if the buyer has chosen this option. If the buyer does not pick up the item within 14 days, the right of withdrawal is already exceeded. If the 14-day right of withdrawal is exceeded, the buyer cannot exchange or return the purchased items. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as when the buyer received it. The right of withdrawal ceases if the buyer uses the item in a way that obviously significantly impairs its sales value. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the buyer must pay the postage to return the item to DANSKmadeforrooms. If the buyer regrets the purchase within 14 days, the purchase amount will be refunded, of course, if desired. (If the buyer has purchased for over 1,000 DKK, the delivery is free of charge - but if the buyer regrets some of the items and returns them partially - the amount for the items is refunded, not the shipping, if the amount falls below 1,000 DKK. WARRANTY

When the buyer trades on www.danskshop.com, the buyer has a 2-year warranty. This means that the buyer can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. This naturally requires that the complaint is justified, and the defect has not arisen due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has discovered the defect in the item. If defects and/or deficiencies are discovered immediately upon receipt/pick-up of the item(s), the buyer must complain within 14 days after receipt. We refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified. DANSKmadeforrooms registers the buyer's personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to the buyer. The personal information is registered with DANSKmadeforrooms c/o Westendahl ApS and is kept for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal information via the DANSKmadeforrooms website, DANSKmadeforrooms ensures that it always happens with the express consent of the buyer, informing the buyer precisely which information is collected and why. The director of DANSKmadeforrooms c/o Westendahl ApS has access to the information recorded about the buyer. DANSKmadeforrooms does not store customer information encrypted. No personal information recorded with DANSKmadeforrooms c/o Westendahl ApS is at any time transferred or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees of DANSKmadeforrooms c/o Westendahl ApS, where it is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted. As a registered person with DANSKmadeforrooms c/o Westendahl ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into which information is recorded about you.
