YAKU in "YAKUSAJI" stands for "approximation" and "role" in Japanese; SAJI for "spoon." This spoon measures condiments roughly with angles between handle and head for stability. The teaspoon is ideal for small bottles and tablespoon for stirring. The spoons has a shallow head for easy cleaning.
